UPDATE: Flood Warnings continue; Flood Advisories Issued For Champlain Valley

     Conditions warrant an update prior to the 30 minutes. Flood Advisories have been issued for Addison, Chittenden, Rutland, and Western Franklin Counties. Flood Warnings that were to expire at 8:15PM for Orleans, Lamoille, Washington, and Eastern Franklin Counties have been re-issued. Threat for flash flooding is high across Eastern Franklin County and all of Washington, Lamoille, and Orleans County. Reports from Winooski, and Milton Vermont indicate frequent lightning and thunder with very heavy rain. Reports from Swanton Vermont indicate moderate rain with frequent lightning and thunder.
